Marathon Eternal's W'rkcacnter monsters were not the scariest looking, but they scared me more than any other monster in any scenario. Oh, yeah, I forgetted about those guys. But once you get used to the rave sticks, everything in Eternal becomes amazingly fun and not scary. I actually almost ran o...

I don't think the Devlins were scary at all. Evil bored me (never did get very far). But the raptors from Red (have yet to finish that one as well - I got destracted by Durandal, which I have almost beaten now)? Jeez, those things are insane. Same with Jugs, but the TI ones were scarier (I did beat ...

If you get any error messages, post them here. It's odd that OS X doesn't know to start a Jar file with Java already... Are you sure you've tried double-clicking the .jar file and not the .bat file? Because that would make things so much easier. It's throwing NoClassDefFoundError and ClassNotFoundE...

So...you want to map, or what's up? Sheepsaver can emulate macos9 and run forge. Soon we'll have weland which will work good together with visual lua. I don't think anyone is going to finish pfhorge. Sheepshaver is crappy and requires a ROM, and I can't find one (or, at least, last time I checked I...

There are many people doing odd marathon projects here and there, but I think pretty soon (not, like, right now, but maybe within the next couple years) someone is going to have to finish making pfhorge. It isn't an easy task, but it's also not easy to use Forge anymore, as macs have switched to Int...

Yeah, okay, so people aren't liking the plot (or at least, the specifics; some people seem to think the general idea is cool). But my main point was to suggest a short story TC. It would be pretty cool. You see, (and this is where Eternal's problem lies) if too many levels are created then the final...

Yeah.. I'd rather have seen a couple well done detailed maps, then 50 mediocre maps that reuse the same textures over and over again. Though to Pfhorrest's credit, once you get towards the last 10-15 levels, things look a little more interesting. I just hope he fixes the massive lag in the success ...

Oh hi, and welcome. You MUST play Marathon 2 Durandal and Infinity if you haven't: http://source.bungie.org/get/ And come play online sometime (that would most likely be with Infinity files) [MSmile] Actually, I got a few levels into Durandal, and it just bugged me. Didn't like all the liquids. I l...
