How Do I Get Weland Running?

When I click on the icon it starts loading but nothing loads up. I downloaded Mono and I'm not sure as to what exact version of .NET runtime I need to install as there are five different things to click on.

I had the same problem, however, I do not remember what I had done wrong. Maybe ask Hopper or $lave, they helped me.

Oh, that's right!
If I remember correctly the latest version of mono wouldn't allow Weland to run... but... I think I still installed
an older version anyway?

Windows users: use .NET and not Mono.

Mac users: you do need to install an older version of Mono, as the latest version has graphical bugs (you can't see item or sound placements). The older version is hard to find on the Mono website, but I posted a link to it in another thread somewhere.

Linux users: I don't know if the latest Mono works or has the same bugs as the Mac version.
