I tried making a map today.
But when I try and look at it in AlephOne, the player seems to start in the floor, and then launch into the ceiling.
Whats going on?

Please help.

Why can I never make maps???? Something always goes wrong!

This is a very serious case, you must turn yourself in...

I mapped out the polygons and elevations in Obed.
Now I'm trying to texture the map using AlephOne utilizing the Visual Mode LUA.

Its... not... working.

you gotta have at least some textures in order to do stuff...

...no he doesn't. He just needs the polygons to work properly.

Also, some maps DO work.

But it shouldn't be different from the rest.

I'm gonna try and get some maps to work on Marathon Sketchup.
More later, still need help.

To make this problem a little less vague as to what I'm actually experiencing, here are 3 pictures illustrating what happens when I load up a map.

I start off waist deep in the floor.

Then I start to rise, as this happens I can tell I'm in the floor because textures smear, I rise until I become centered perfectly in the map, but I don't stop...

...I keep rising until my head goes through the ceiling, smearing all the textures. This process loops, and happens twice before I get stuck permanently in the ceiling.

I can still move via the map key. But I cant do anything else.

Also I opened this game using TGI, it happens with other scenarios but this is what I took pics of.
