I do, I tend to get tired of Marathon quickly.
So what would you people want to play next Saturday?
Any specific netpack? scenario? or a specific bungie game? whatever?
I think we need to get more people with some Myth II playing, some UrT (and StarCraft), and maybe some TC++ 1.4, if we feel like it. [MTongue]

TC++ 1.4? What is that Gray?

Also, the image loaded for me...
It's a Marathon R.E.D. Image, FYI

Its a small, simple, rather motion-sickness inducing physics file I made a while back that makes all the weapons fire loads-upon-loads of projectiles but there's no over-powering weapon (Well, the AR could be argued as being a bit over-powered...and the SMG is kinda crappy). For example, the SPNKR now has a clip of 4 and the rockets stop spewing smoke after a few seconds, but each rocket only does a 1/4th of the damage of a normal rocket (so you would still do the normal rocket damage total if all 4 rockets hit, although I threw in a slight randomizer, so your target might actually survive that 4th rocket). I also increased movement speed so that you can dodge the wall of death that people can spew out, but I was a bit over-zealous and now you can actually sidestep between rockets if you're quick and aren't throwing up all over your monitor.
I'll probably modify it and "fix" a few of the problems it had (the excessively-high movement speed for one, I think I pretty much doubled your walking and running speed), I feel like messing with it again.

Speaking of TC++, I'll be hosting version 1.5 for the Carnage Fest.

Physics-model Alteration (TC++) was more popular than marathonRED last carnage fest. I suggest we play some altered physics models next fest. Do your worst or best model. That sorta thing. We'll test it and laugh. How does it sound?

As long as my SPNKRs fire screaming Bobs, and my grenades are angry Pfhor, I'm down for it Goran.

Down boy. We still have a few more to play methinks.

I know atleast Squadron includes a netmap. Only 1 though.

Any other scenarios we're missing? I'm hard pressed to think of any.

How went the custom physics night? Or was it a pretty dead Carnage Fest?

I could think of a few Myth II scenarios and campaigns.

not many people showed up, and my internet connection was quite terrible that night so we ended up playing Starcraft after a couple of failed 'thon Physics games.

I found a pack created by ATMOS, the company that helped make Escape Velocity: Nova.

Had to dig around on Google for a while before I could find a working link.
"Redux NetMapPak 2.0" is what you're looking for.

Oh, there's also Tempus Irae, while it doesn't change the Marathon weapons in any way, there are quite a few downloadable net maps for it.

If anyone is interested in starting up the Carnage Fests again while i'm away then be my guest. :)
