Anyways, I wanted to know the list of ranks in order from highest to lowest. Sure I'm a cyborg, but how high is that exactly?

The community's opinion is probably that you should try to implement these changes yourself, somehow, otherwise they're not going to happen.

Go to the member list and build a file. Each record has two elements: rank and number of posts. Then analyze the data and you'll discover a step function (though there are some missing data points) that will answer your question.
