Supersized Marathon Logo

I even found that exact same Marathon font (somehow it was on my dad's computer). I made some slight adjustments to the Marathon logo, I thought it would have looked a bit too... boring otherwise.

For all your marathon-related flyers, t-shirts, stamps, sites, posters and tattoo's.


If you want the original layered psd file, or simply black and white, or the original Marathon logo, just ask.

It's like, 2200 x 2900 pixels. not this one though.

The marathon fonts are bank gothi and modula tall by the way...

And my technique for making a marathon symbol is:

1.Draw a big perfect cicle
2.Cut a rectangle or line out of the bottom of it and make it lead up to 3/4 of the from the bottom of the circle.
3.Cut a smaller circle with a center anchored somewhere near the top of the recantgle you cut out.
4.Draw another circle inside the cutout circle
5.ANd voila

I tihnk your 'rectangle' is too wide. Like on some of visciom's old textures.

I used modula tall, that's what I said I guess.

I also said I made some slight adjustments to logo, because I think the original looks quite "boring", and sweet. this one's a bit more agressive imo.

middle is too fat. it should be the same width as the middle circle black lines.
