Hosting Online Games?

Post May 7th '14, 01:52

Hey,

Sorry to be annoying but I was wondering if hosting online games is easier now? If I remember correctly you had to disable your firewall. Do you still need to do this? And does anyone still play survival online? That was a ton of fun back in the day!

Thanks! All The Best,

You don't usually need to disable your firewall, but you do have to configure it to let traffic through. This thread is the most up-to-date guide on hosting online games.

There were a few Survival games played last week. The metaserver site has a history of games, so you can see what's popular and when you're most likely to catch others online.

Were there really only 271 games in April? Clearly nothing is popular.
