Can't click Play in Network Game

Hi,
I'm trying to start a network Marathon game. I can gather the game, and see the other players. They can join the room. But the Play link is not active. I cannot click it to start the game. The other players have tried as well with the same results.
We have disabled our firewalls.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

I remember I had a problem like this. Honestly, I have no idea how I solved it. Did you check if port forwarding and all your other networking stuff is correctly set up? (Or is this a LAN game?)
