ShapeFusion 0.6 KKV-7 SMG Issues

In my works for the next update of Professioanl Instagib, I need a way to modify the KKV-7 SMG so that you can pick up the weapon and ammo but you cannot use it. This will be important as the goal of Professional Instagib is to create as many fail-safe boundaries that will make the game simple. Is there a way to recreate the weapon profile or do we have to use .lua?
