Maybe. I think we discussed this before. I ran out of controls to use to configure it, but it might be possible by editing the script itself. At the moment, if you turn texture align off, every texture you apply (before you drag it) will be aligned to 1 WU boundaries, so if you're seeing seams, your textures are broken.
