I've been interested in trying this scenario out but it seem the original website is down. Is there another way of getting it?

The Gray Incident was RyokoTK's old project that pretty much morphed into Marathon Phoenix over the years. Though they are different scenarios essentially, Phoenix is more complete and polished and uses various elements from its predecessor, iirc. I remember Ryoko mentioning that he may upload the Grey Incident to Simplici7y for posterity but who knows what that old geezer is thinking these days.
