Well, it's a screen of ITS.
Unfortunately, that's a screen Lawstiker made, but there initial heights were 0, but you culd see them through the wall. Look on page 2 of the ITS thread, you'll see more

Sorry Dis, but if those are custom textures (thus deliberate) then I can't enter it.

what happenned there is a part of the way GPU's and engines light things, thats not a texture error, when i converted those maps into a source compatible form there was tonnes of excess light partitions that i had to figure out how to properly optimize. it has to do with cell grouping on maps cells i qould imagine.

dugit, its an aleph one bug, it happens when you collect a infravision chip and then advance to the next level.
