Martin O'Donnell fired

Has anyone else heard about Martin O'Donnell getting fired from Bungie? He is my favorite composer, and its sad to see him gone from Bungie, and under such negative terms it seems. Also to hear that he sued Bungie, it makes me wonder what happened considering how important he has been in the past to...

Re: Importing Bitmaps into Shapefusion

I just opened up Shapefusion to take a screenshot, looking over everything for something I might have missed, and it turns out I had the scale factor set to 0... Once I changed that everything worked fine. I feel incredibly stupid :P Thank you for trying to help though! I apologize for my ignorance,...

Importing Bitmaps into Shapefusion

I have been working on creating my own shapes files, and a problem I have encountered is that imported bitmaps for monsters and weapons do not appear in game. If I export the original image, and then use that as a template for a new image, then it will appear in the game. This obviously constricts m...

Re: Pfhorpedia

Finding information on marathon currently is a matter of cross referencing the various sites, and it would be very nice to have everything compiled on Traxus. The story page is amazing but it deals more so with questions in the story instead of information on characters and such. So having articles ...

Re: A Greeting

None of Lego's newer stuff has the same level of storytelling as Bionicle did... they had built up (no pun intended) a pretty expansive world by the time it finished.

The Marathon Dance

I made a song using sounds from Marathon a while back and just uploaded it to YouTube. Its rather catchy if I do say so myself, and a little amusing. See what you think of it.

Re: Reminiscing about Dave

I played through the Dave demo and I thought it was a fun challenge, had some interesting levels. I recall walking into a room and then finding that Pfhor had been waiting right beside the door to trap me, and I remember finding that kind of enemy placement surprising.

A Greeting

Hello there. I've been a huge Halo fan since forever, and began to look into Bungie's older games a year or so ago. I found Marathon to have a mysterious and compelling story that drew me in quickly. I also enjoy the soundtrack and I love the atmosphere Marathon has. Its sprite-based graphics and te...
