It depends. Are you proud of being a sadist (or masochist, if your goal was to play it when it was done)?

Sorry, my connection spazzed out, ended up posting when I didn't want to. Anyway, I had to knock down the difficulty for "This Message Will Self Destruct" because I couldn't survive the flood of plasma long enough to get to the consol on Normal difficulty. The explosions certainly make things more d...

Pfhorrest, you and the others who made this game are twisted, sick sons of bitches. Seriously. "This Message Will Self-Destruct".

I was wondering, I've seen references to a leve called "S'pht Happens" which seems to be between "S'pht'ia" and "Let Sleeping Gods Die" according to the volunteers, has it changed since then?

Actually, I foudn Microsoft Sam does a pretty good job of pronouncing Pfhor...provided its not just the word Pfhor. For example, try typing in "Unpfhorgiven".

I see...and Unwired is in the failure branch too? I have to find a way to kill those Juggernauts in the previous level, and do some other stuff for Tycho?

Just out of curiosity, Eternal doesn't have alternate endings, does it? Could I have played through it without picking up Durandal's Primal program, or is it necessary?

Extraction of V 1.0.3 worked, and I can play! I'm having a bitch of a time with Dysmentaria though...I seem to have explored everything (except that room with all the hunters in it, I can't find a way in) and can't figure out what to do next. Any hints?

Yeah...add another failed unzip to the list. I tried this morning, and couldn't get it to work properly (same deal as everyone else, corrupted files). Perhaps you could send someone all the individual files so they could zip it for you. I'd be willing to if you're interested. Edit: Just to let you k...

When I say S'pht I do my best to make a "ffft" sound, with no vowel sounds in it. I typically cram the s right in there too, but since there's an apostrophe, I think I should start trying to keep the "s" and "ffft" seperate, with a short pause between.

Try video instead. Then you can just pull out stills from it during good scenes. Fraps would probably be fine for that.

I'm trying to download it now (dealing with some wireless issues, but I'll have a line later tomorrow), and definitely looking forward to it. One thing I would suggest is screenshots, to whet the appetites of everyone who looks at it, and decides not to download it because they only know what they c...

Deja Vu Don't make topics that already exist. Someone posted in it not too long ago. So, surely you would have saw it in "view new posts". This is why we have a topic searchbar at the bottom of the page and a google search bar at the top. This is also one of the reasons nameless was banned. I'd hat...

Yeah...I had trouble figuring out the search function.

Yes, the puns do require a similarity, but I don't think they make any less sense when pronounced with the "p". I always assumed the "p" was phonetic, and still laughed at the puns.

I've heard some people argue that the p in "Pfhor" is silent, and I've heard some argue that it is pronounced. I personally believe the P is phonetic, not silent. The main reason is because its an alien word. Lets put aside the assumption that all alien words sound weird, and consider that the name ...

Well actually, he has the major projectile staff right now. The projectile staffs have the green crystals on the end, while the purely melee staffs have blue crystals. The color of the bead just below the crystal is always the same as the color of the fighter, so that means this staff belongs to a b...

Then I threw a bunch of testors glue at the green bead pieces. I slopped it on really. There is a bead beneath it all too.

Hey! There IS a method to my madness! Who woulda thunk?

I had an idea for a little project yesterday, so today I stopped by an art store and bought all the supplies necessary for it. First, I bought a dowel and some clear plastic beads. Yay. I made sure to get some beads that looked like this. Green and blue were important. Red and purple would be good t...
