Does anyone feel disapointed that they did nothing about saving Leela from the Vylae? I've thought of an interesting story, but cannot make into a senario because of my limitations to a PC. I would need help.

The story goes that the Vylae were then totally vulnerable to attack, easy prey for the Pfhor. But, instead you of being the cyborg, You're Robert Blake, asigned with you're best three soldiers, and two "AI"s similar to Durandal for a top-secret asinghment for Leela's retreival. The "AI"s job are to stabilize Leela. Instead, you find yourself the Vylae's only hope to save them from the Pfhor.

I'd figure that the Vylea would want to be saved from Leela! It would be interesting to explore AI counter-insurgency.

I'd figure It would indeed be very interesting to see a scenario made featuring the Vylea, however I am puzzled over why there has been little effort to create an entirely new set of "species" from scratch. that would be your biggest challenge.

It just ain't cool to see the same bitmaps being recycled in every scenario, know what I'm sayin?

They'de look like pale Bobs, but then someone would have to make a female Bob. Not a bad idea, since:

a.The original three games fetured no women,

b.If the crew of the Marathon had been living onboard for genarations, there would have to be some women, for only MAN+WOMAN=CHILD.

The original programers messed up on all three.
New weapons including wrist plasma gun/extendable dual Katna blades would be included.

I approve of the idea if only because it appears to be based on an obscure bit of backstory from Eternal which was an allusion to another scenario I once considered making.

Looks a little wimpy, they would be fighting for thier lives. Not serious looking enough. Oh, and a little to fat. You could just give the old bobs wider hips, more narrow shoulders, and add boobs and long hair. That's how it should look. And I think the vylae is realy a S'pht cyborg-tank-thingy. But it's a good start.

I must concur, those were not my ideal female bobs either. However, I did happen to find some more female models that seem to fit what your looking for and uploaded them.

Doesn't Durandal despise Leela? Or at the very least considers her an inferior?

hate and inferior are pretty strong words. durandal has plans that don't involve repairing the marathon, or restoring human control over the ship, or aiding the colonists planetside, or generally being so narrow-minded about the worth of events local to tau ceti, whereas leela has responsibilities that durandal deliberately discarded. at one point in M1 durandal does actually write "i hate leela", but rampant durandal says a lot of inarticulate things that he doesn't properly mean.
