The HooperBloob Highway was pretty drugged up and weird. It wasn't scary, it just transcended into the semi-creepy realm. Same for everything Dr. Seuss.

I fear Dr. Seuss books. I fear them because, could you image living in the Dr. Seuss world? That would be insane. It would be kind of like living in Elmo's world. Where every wall is made from paper and crayons and elmo won't stop singing Elmo's World.
