It was a game I played in school when I was 8 or so, but the game itself is probably older. It was like a laboratory , where you could mix and match monster body parts to make your own aliens/ monsters, etc. I'm not sure if it was a puzzle game or anything, but probably educational, I don't remember any details. It was an old DOS game I'm guessing.

Hmm...I believe I played that in school at a a time...
I think I do remember, was it really old and eveyrthing was related to science (math or chemistry, can't remember)? with a 3D-like water/swamp background (at least at the first levels?)
Nah, not space quest. It wasn't an adventure game. Most likely it was educational.
