Does Deus Ex count as an old game?

BOOM! and PiD were fun.
If it's tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

As you mentioned Duke Nukem 3D was a lot of fun. But I love The Monkey Island series (especially the first two) and mostly any adventure game from Lucas Arts back in the day (Sam and Max, Day of the Tentacle etc. )

Legacy, I'm shocked to see that you failed to mention Myth II. :o

Also Myth TFL. Both kick ass.

Also Pathways Into Darkness is an old favorite. That was a big one.

Speakying of Myth, I seem to have lost my Maramyth files. Finding them would require searching thru some DVD archives, since I build up files at insane rates. Anybody have the download again?

Marathon 2.

Now I'm not just bieng a sheep when I say that.

A looong time ago, like 8 years maybe... what year was M2 released? Regardless.
Whatever year it was...
Marathon 2 was really cool, mostly because I was really small.

Bobs, were... as insignificant as they seem now, were our best friend and they seemed so cool.
And the Assault Rifle was a BIG DEAL. I loved the motion tracker, and the Assault Rifle icon was...
Insanely awesome.

Let me see if I can put this into perspective, ah, we were so small that we didn't know how to beat the first demo level.

After that we were forbidden to play games for the longest time, I had never even heard of Marathon 1 prior to this time.
After that year I forgot all about the game as did the rest of us.

Then Halo came out and I immedietely recalled the symbol that was EVERYWHERE.
Especially on the disc case.
Then FINALLY, after years of not knowing how to use the "internet" I finally found out the gist of it, and I found the Halo site, then I clicked on the Halo/Marathon connection. I saw the screens and I knew immedietely what it was.

Then, I found the game, in a box next to computer programs. In... Menards.
Sadly the game was for mac, I had a "PC". So we got rid of it.
(NOTE: Regardless of having an Xbox that can run the hyper realistic graphics of Halo, my PC at best could run Oregon trail, which to this day I have never beaten, I later got a better PC.)

(NOTE for a NOTE: Actually my mom had to do this typing class thingy, and using the PC with the missing delete button was getting tiresome, so we got a Dell.)

Then M1 was released as a download and BAM! it all started from the beginning.

One word.

Gangwars.

Grayscale, simple, and at times difficult. Luck is your ally.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, you never will.
It's dead, archeological. I don't even think it will still run on 9.
If you know anything about this, PM me, we have much to talk about.

But yeah, aside from that, Escape Velocity was like crack back in the day. Harry was amusing as hell, if not trying at times for sheer annoyingness.

Sim City 2000? When I was a little one, I would play that and Monopoly on the old Performa until I coughed up blood and my mother would have to sedate me. Good times.

When I was even littler, I would play the ancient favorite, Mille Bornes. This was on my first machine, a Mac SE that my brother handed down to me. I loved that little machine.
Diomedes

Three words: Mario Kart 64. Unless we're not talking about console games, in which case, Diablo 1, SimAnt, and Tetris.

Any sim game. I made simlife with dinosaurs, people, aliens from the movie alien, predators from the movie, spht, pfhor, kzin and puppeteers.
The aliens and dinosaurs won.
In simcinema, my friend made a movie "Spy Kids" but with heavy nudity, and it made almost $600million. My other friend made "Mary Jane and the Wonderful Plant" and made $300million.
Lode runner. Beyond Dark castle. Pegleg. Quagmire. Wolfenstein. Azile. Mortal Pongbat
