I have read the (I'm done) topic.

Is this true? Is there anyone left in the pfhorums? Are there still projects? What remains of the Pfhorums? Is RyokoTK going to still be admin? Does part of the CLIQUE still exsist?

Is it all over?

Basically, yeah, this is the end. Since there is no admin, the board is going to be shut down. Ryoko was the first to go, but the Clique has silently split up and gone their separate ways. This is the only active board going forward.

Shit!

We need a new leader! A new website... Chat room... Anything!
What are we going to do?

It can't end here.
And I know Marathon is dead on the surface but it is screaming underneath.

People have already stopped posting altogether. There's no use trying to change that, Even INFINITYS is dead.

If this is true then what is the impressive Shadowbreaker going to do with his project?

So what you're saying is that Ryoko is still single-handedly ruining the Marathon community even as he leaves?

Lots. Read the forum.

You once told me you refused to go outside if it's warmer than 18º because of that sun...

If I know him, he'll finish it.

I suggest you all stop whining. First everybody was complaining about the clique (including me to some extent, but longer ago), and now they're 'gone' I hear lamenting again. As long as somebody cares (and TL keeps up his work, thank you TL), marathon isnt dead. We should just stop trying and failing to all make our own projects. If you feel like mapping, look around if somebody needs you and work together. Examples of results: Xmas I, Xmas II, Xmas III, Eternal and undoubtedly a lot of others.

I'm pretty sure the main reason the community seems dead, is that goran's gone. We have to be enthusiastic ourselves now.

don't cry
it always picks up in the summer
Its just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. Then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns and also he got a racecar. Is any of this getting through to you?

Omg... I just realized something.

The CLIQUE is gone! This should be a good thing. It only sucks because we have no leader! Which sadly was RyokoTK somehow...
This is a great opportunity! If someone, anyone who isn't disliked too much could make a new pfhorums website could start the next frontier!
This is the time of our lives now.

So please... could we try to find a leader?

Or vote but I don't think anyone likes democracy on the internet. But it's the best option.

Or we could all just wait here and do nothing while we watch all that worked for slowly rot and disappear.
Which one should it be?

I would prefer the first option, but the latter is more likely.

I vote for Quote, he seems like a pretty cool guy.

I wish i were 18 and had a job just in case these forums shut down...

...but then again, i most likely wouldn't do much good myself.

We need some way to inform of this game easily D: (but everyone allready knew that)

...perhaps we can have an informative internet spamfest?

By nature, those 2 things can never exist in tandem.

You're wrong, because not only were we spammed, we were also blessed with some very valuable information about the government.

There are quite a few Marathon players that don't waste their time here. I mentioned this community to the Dark Castle Forum and they remembered the game pretty well.

Haha, prove it! As far as my sources go, I found the wolf-sheep metaphor in the bible.
