How about you just bash around on a keyboard and make atonal music.

Just go for a regular D. It is the most marathon'ish chord ever created.

PS: Marathon 1 had blues, ballad, jazz and what not.

O RLY?
no but a 12 bar wouldn't really sound... idk, marathon-ish. almost has to be a piano...
a d chord isn't scary, natural minors, yeh... minor seventh would be nice on occasion,
i just dont know many dissonant, lonely, scary things that marathoners have come to love...
whatever... ill just screw around a bit more...
Ryoko why did you think i was leaving?

QUOTE(Wikipaste)The ondes Martenot (IPA: [??d ma?t?no]; French for "Martenot waves"), also known as the ondium Martenot, Martenot and ondes musicales, is an early electronic musical instrument that Maurice Martenot invented in 1928. The original design was similar in sound to the theremin.[1] The sonic capabilities of the instrument were later expanded by the addition of timbral controls and switchable loudspeakers.[/quote]

Greetings. Not exactly a regular here, but I've been working on a project for 2 years and counting now. I've been writing music based on Marathon, mostly 2 and infinity since 1 already has music. Not that my music is meant to act as a soundtrack for the game itself, but rather a depiction of the events that happen in the game. This will be the first time I've showed these to people familiar with the game, so it'll be nice not to have to explain everything. Well, enjoy. ^_^

These are my older ones. I'm still new to making music of this sort so I've gotten quite a bit better at it making my new ones. If you're interested, just ask.
