Does anyone have a copy of the custom Marathon colour table mentioned in the MI manual (pg 85)?

My manual only has 65 pages? And talks about that on 61. If we are on the same page, then you can use Anvil or ShapeFusion to export an M2/∞ colour table to photoshop, or Pfhred to export an M1 colour table to photoshop - Pfhred also comes with an extracted M1 colour table.
