A true visionary. What is your favorite memory of Steve Jobs? Remember when... back in 1997 and he gave his return speech at MacWorld, and he said Microsoft didn't have to lose for Apple to win? And then everyone booed. Yeah, so fuck him.

This is sad. There are so many classic games, including Marathon, that are great and originated on the Mac and might not exist if it weren't for Apple. RIP Steve Jobs.

Maybe you weren't around in the late '90s, but it wasn't all iPods and iMacs. It was war, and our side was losing. Then here comes the return of our own Neville Chamberlain, who had already been forced out of the company once before. People forget that when Jobs came back he cleared house; Copland, OpenDoc, HyperCard, and countless other projects were killed and even now we're still stuck with Objective-C and the remnants of NeXT.
